1. What the catalog represents
This fixed catalog is an informational starting point for product questions. The presence of a product does not establish stock, an offered SKU, a distribution right or availability in a particular country. We do not represent a manufacturer partnership or authorized-reseller status merely by displaying a product name. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Verification before an offer
Before making a commercial offer, Tera Pro Solutions LLC must verify the actual product option, source and permitted sales channel, applicable distribution rights, end-user eligibility and country of end use. We do not offer or accept payment for a license until the relevant details can be confirmed. Supplier arrangements are internal business information; they do not replace the need to verify that a proposed transaction is permitted.
3. Terms that need checking

Depending on the product, relevant details may include edition, platform, user or device entitlement, duration, commercial or personal use, hardware ties, account requirements, transferability, renewal conditions and territory. No such detail is assumed from the product name. The written offer identifies the applicable option and any material requirements before you agree to purchase.
4. Desktop and server licensing
Windows and Office editions must match their intended device and use. A home or noncommercial edition should not be treated as a business entitlement without checking its terms. Server core licensing and any applicable User or Device Client Access Licenses are separate considerations. A core pack does not establish that access licenses are included. Hardware, environment and access requirements must be assessed for the actual deployment.
5. Subscriptions, bundles and workspace features
Subscription contents, renewal arrangements, individual or team eligibility and regional terms must be checked for the actual offering. A Creative Cloud bundle entry does not establish particular included apps. Notion AI describes capabilities within the applicable Notion offering rather than a confirmed standalone resellable SKU. Gaming subscription catalogs and supported territories may change. We do not assume that every catalog entry has an independently transferable product key or license.
6. Regional eligibility and activation
Country of end use is requested to support a manual eligibility and availability review. International inquiries are welcome where the proposed transaction is lawful and permitted by the relevant license and channel. We do not promise worldwide fulfillment or help bypass account, territory, hardware or activation restrictions. Activation and provisioning use the legitimate process applicable to the confirmed product. Never share passwords, recovery codes or secret keys through a public form.
7. Questions and product issues
